Service Provision

  • Total Continence provides professional continence assessments, care planning, and support services for individuals across Australia.

  • Services are tailored to each client’s needs and delivered via in-home visits or telehealth consultations.

Fees and Payments

  • Fees are based on the type of service provided. Specific rates will be discussed during the booking process.

  • Payment is required upon receipt of the invoice or as specified in your service agreement.

Cancellations

  • A minimum of two business days’ notice is required for cancellations. Short-notice cancellations may incur a fee in accordance with NDIS guidelines.

No Product Sales

  • While we do not sell continence products, we provide personalised guidance and recommendations to help clients find the most suitable products for their needs.
