What Does the Service Include?
Our NDIS Continence Assessments involve:
Individualised and Personalised Assessments: We meet with you in-person or online to understand your continence needs.
Recommendations: We suggest the best continence aids and other assistive technology equipment required to improve your daily life. This includes sampling various products to ensure comfort.
Assistive Technology (AT) Reports: We handle the paperwork to justify your funding requirement through NDIS.
Follow-Up Support: We commit to assisting after your assessment to make sure your care plan works for you.
Who Is This Service For?
This service is for NDIS participants who receive consumables via their Core or Capital Supports. This assessment is specifically for justifying the participants funding requirements.
